Wash and dry all produce. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mince @garlic{4%clove}. Zest and halve @lime{1%unit}. Thinly slice @scallions{4%unit}(keeping greens and whites separate). Bring 1 cup salted water to a boil in a #small pot{}. Once boiling, add @jasmine rice{1%cup}. Cover and simmer until tender, ~{15%minutes}. Keep covered.

Toss @broccoli florets{16%oz} on a #baking sheet{} with a drizzle of @olive oil{8%tsp} and a pinch of @salt{} and @pepper{}. Roast until golden brown and slightly crispy, ~{20%minutes}.

Combine @beef sirloin tips{24%oz}, 1 tbsp @soy sauce{2%oz}, 2 tsp @sugar{8%tsp}, half the garlic, ½ tsp lime zest, and a large drizzle of the olive oil in a #medium bowl{}. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a drizzle of the olive oil in a #medium pan{} over low heat. Add scallion whites and remaining garlic, and toss until fragrant, ~{2%minutes}. Stir @peanut butter{3%unit}, 1 tsp of the soy sauce, and 2 tsp of the sugar into the pan. Slowly stir in ¼ cup water until incorporated. Remove pan from heat, and stir in a squeeze of lime. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Preheat broiler to high (or oven to 500 degrees). Rinse @wooden skewers{8%unit} under water, then thread the beef onto them. Place on a #baking sheet{} and broil, flipping over halfway through, until slightly charred and cooked to desired doneness, ~{10%minutes}.

Serve satay on a bed of the rice alongside the broccoli. Garnish with scallion greens, and serve with the peanut sauce for dipping.
